Emergency plumbing and leaks

Burst pipes, leaking water heaters, overflowing toilets and water coming through the ceiling.

First, shut off the water. The main shutoff is usually in the basement where the water line comes through the foundation, next to the meter. If you cannot find it or it will not turn, call and we talk you through it.

We find the source, stop the leak and make a lasting repair or a safe temporary one if parts are needed. You get the price before we start.
